The Bottrop taxi tariff provides a clear system for calculating the cost of a taxi ride. The total fare is based on a starting fee, the distance you travel, and any waiting time. The amount you pay depends on the time and day when you use the taxi.

From Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, the base fare for each ride is €4.20. For every kilometer you travel, you are charged €2.30. If the taxi has to wait, the waiting time is charged at €29.00 per hour. These rates apply during the daytime period.

From Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, and all day on Sundays, the same base fare of €4.20 applies. The price per kilometer increases to €2.40 during these times. Waiting time remains at €29.00 per hour.

Each trip is calculated by adding the base fare to the cost of the kilometers traveled and any time the taxi spends waiting. All charges are shown in euros (€) to provide a transparent and easy-to-understand fare structure for all passengers in Bottrop.
