The Mallorca taxi tariff defines how fares are calculated for taxi journeys on the island. The fare you pay depends on the day and time when you travel. From Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, the day tariff applies. For rides during the night—between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am—or all day on Saturday and Sunday, the night tariff applies.

Under the day tariff, your journey starts with a base fare of €3.15, covering the first 0.94 km. After this distance, you pay €0.98 for each additional kilometre travelled. If the taxi has to wait, for example in heavy traffic or at your request, the waiting time is charged at €18.95 per hour.

When the night tariff is in effect, your journey begins with a base fare of €4.20. For every additional kilometre after the first 0.94 km, the price is €1.16 per kilometre. The waiting time during the night period is charged at €21.40 per hour.

There are some additional charges under the Mallorca taxi tariff. Journeys to or from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) include a surcharge of €4.40, and in this case, the minimum total fare is €13.28. Rides to the port also have a €4.40 surcharge. If you order a taxi by phone, there is a surcharge of €1.10. All amounts are shown in EUR (€).
