The taxi tariff of Trier sets out how fares are calculated for your trip. There are different prices during the day and at night, as well as on weekends. Daytime fares apply from Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. Night rates are in effect from Monday to Friday between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, and on Saturdays and Sundays at all times.

There is also a waiting time fee if the taxi is not moving, such as during traffic congestion or when waiting at your request. This fee is the same at all times and is charged at €38.00 per hour.
